Habitat and Description: In open shade of post oak woods. Moderate slopes. Associates: Smilax bona-nox, Tridens flavus, Dichanthelium oligosanthes var. scribnerianum, Sporobolus sp., Quercus stellata, Quercus marilandica, and Conyza canadensis. Uncommon.
