Habitat and Description: Gentle slopes. Bonti Fine Sandy Loam. 1-3 % slopes. Associates include Schizachyrium scoparium, Prosopis glandulosa, Sorghastrum nutans, Ambrosia psilostachya, Amphiachyris dracunculoides, Liatris mucronata, Hedyotis nigricans, Dichanthelium oligosanthes var. scribnerianum, and Palafoxia callosa. Uncommon.
