Habitat and Description: Disturbed riparian area with Salix, Chilopsis, Populus, Vitis, Mimulus, Lythrum, Centaurium, Nicotiana, and numerous Cyperaceae. Sprawling perennial 30 cm tall, rooted in water. Fls yellow, open at 0800 hrs.
