Locality: United States, Texas, Presidio, Chinati Mtns. State Natural Area. San Antonio Canyon. Right (E) fork. Near old dam with Salix. Steep reddish N-facing cliffs w. several ranks of vertical striations. Looking W into Cinco de Mayo. At base of seep on W-facing canyon. Elev. 4245 ft.

Habitat and Description: Associates include Acacia, Celtis pallida, Rhus virens, Aloysia, Fouiquieria, Yucca torr., Dasylirion, Opuntia imbricata, Dalea, and Bouvardia. Annual in shade of shrubs and boulders at edge of drainage. Fls clear lemon with a few scattered purple-brown dots at throat and in tube.
