Habitat and Description: With Juniperus ashei, Ilex, Diospryos, Garrya, Ulmus crassifolia, Vitis monticola, and Adiantum. Vigorous perennial clambering over shrubs. Fls purple, throat yellowish-white, buds yellow. Immature frs. green. Common.
