Habitat and Description: Steep slopes. Truce Stony Soils. 5-20% slopes. Associates include Thelesperma filifolium, Plantago wrightiana, Lindheimera texana, Heterotheca canescens, Hedyotis nigricans, Glandularia bipinnatifida, Opuntia lindheimeri, Cirsium undulatum, and Abutilon fruticosum. Uncommon.
