Locality: United States, Texas, Parker, Mineral Wells. Texas Air National Guard Training Base, Fort Wolters, TA 3B. 0.25 mi. E of N-S road. Open area in Juniperus/Quercus woods. Abundant in pond. Elev. 302 m.
Habitat and Description: Gentle slopes. Bonti-Truce Soils, 1-8% slopes. Associates include Andropogon virginicus, Andropogon glomeratus, Lippia sp., Helianthus annuus, Salix nigra, Sorghum halapense, Torilis arvensis, and Galium aparine. Uncommon.
