Habitat and Description: Occasional in wet sandy loam in shallow "faux bog" on alluvial flat at foot or less above level of small drainageway through open mesic pine forest on otherwise level upland underlain by Willis Formation. Associates include Drosera capillaris, Eriocaulon sp., Fuirena sp., Hedyotis uniflora, Hypericum fasciculatum, Lobelia puberula, Mitreola sessilifolia, Pluchea sp., Rhexia sp., and Rhynchospora rariflora.
