Habitat and Description: Erect herb, with spreading branches. Open ground and fields. Annual. Clay loam soil. Yellow terminal panicle flowers. Very finely dissected, lace-like foliage. Fruit nearly flat oval pod. Green bark. Fibrous roots. Very rare and infrequent.
