Habitat and Description: Common in brush stands on Terrell Ranch, collected from drip line of live oak motte on soils mapped as Orelia fine sandy loam in coastal prairie / live oak savanna on +/- level surface of Lissie Formation (according to GAT, but looking more like Beaumont in field). Associates include Celtis pallida, C. reticulata, Condalia hookeri, Cynanchum racemosum var. unifarium, Ehretia anacua, Prosopis glandulosa, Quercus virginiana, Vitis mustangensis, Zanthoxylum fagara.
