Habitat and Description: Disturbed area on roadside. Gentle slopes. Bonti-Truce soils. 1-8% slopes. Associates include Verbena halei, Ipomopsis rubra, Setaria parviflora, Gaillardia pulchella, Ambrosia psilostachya, Thelesperma filifolium, Dichanthelium oligosanthes var. scribnerianum, and Elymus canadensis. Uncommon.
