Habitat and Description: Rare in grazed regrowth coastal prairie burned a few months earlier. On loose sand. Associates include Acalypha radians, Croptilon sp., Croton argyranthemus, Galactia canescens, Liatris elegans var. carrizana, Pediomelum rhombifolium.
