Habitat and Description: Associates include Acacia, Celtis pallida, Rhus virens, Aloysia, Fouquieria, Yucca torr., Dasylirion, Opuntia imbricata, and Bouvardia. Erect perennial to 40 cm tall. Infl. branches pinkish. On S-facing rise in jeep road.
