Locality: United States, Texas, Refugio, E side of a major N-S road caliche road on Terrell Ranch, 0.2 mi S of its jct. with main road at HQ, ca. 7.7 airmiles S of F. M. 2441 bridge over Medio Creek. Cranell Quadrangle. Elev. 63 - 65 ft.

Habitat and Description: Corolla consistently white; frequent, conspicuous in rare in tighter drier soils (mapped as Orelia fine sandy loam) in brush-invaded coastal prairie / live oak savanna on +/- level surface of Lissie Formation (according to GAT, but looking more like Beaumont in field). Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya, Bothriochloa laguroides, Bouchetia erecta, Bouteloua rigidiseta, Chloris verticillata, Condalia hookeri, Coreopsis tinctoria, Croton monanthogynus, Eryngium hookeri, Evolvulus sericeus, Glandularia bipinnatifida, Houstonia nigricans, Melochia pyramidata, Nassella leucotricha, Oenothera speciosa, Paspalum plicatulum, Phyllanthus polygonoides, Prosopis glandulosa, Ruellia nudiflora, Wedelia hispida, Ziziphus obtusifolius.
