Habitat and Description: Common in wet sandy clay in depressions in coastal prairie pasture on +/- level landscape over Lissie Formation. Grassland dominated by Paspalum plicatulum. Other associates (in matrix) include Anagallis arvensis, Bouteloua rigidiseta, Callirhoe involucrata, Coreopsis nuecensoides, C. tinctoria, Cyperus acuminatus, Eragrostis secundiflora, Gomphrena nealleyi, Limnosciadium pumilum, Nassella leucotricha, Neptunia sp., Panicum hians, Phalaris caroliniana, Rudbeckia hirta, Schizachyrium scoparium, Sida ciliaris, Tradescantia occidentalis, Trifurcia lahue.
