Habitat and Description: Occasional in well-drained reddish-brown neutral loamy fine sand (Delmita Series) in relatively sparse vegetation in opening in thorn shrublands on very gently undulating landscape of thin Holocene eolian sand atop gray sandstone of Goliad Formation.
