Habitat and Description: Corolla white, < 2 mm long; rare in sparse vegetation dominated by Isocoma drummondii and Sporobolus pyramidatus, in somewhat saline or sodic sandy clay of claypan site on very gentle lower slope along intermittent stream draining oak woods and prairies on sandy uplands underlain by Goliad Formation. Other associates include Eragrostis curtipedicellata, E. secundiflora, Froelichia gracilis, Houstonia parviflora, Iva angustifolia, Mecardonia procumbens, Mollugo verticillata, Opuntia lindheimeri, Polypremum procumbens, Portulaca pilosa, P. umbraticola, Ruellia nudiflora, Schedonnardus paniculatus, Sida ciliaris, Xanthisma texanum, Willkommia texana.
