Habitat and Description: Rare, local in area, noted only on in extremely shallow stony clay on scraped Glen Rose Limestone on flat bench on otherwise steep upper slope. Associates include Bouteloua trifida, Chamaesaracha sp., Coryphantha missouriensis, Lithospermum incisum, Tetragonatheca texana.
