Habitat and Description: Local in area, noted only on moist sand and gravel on bar exposed along W bank of Guadalupe River during low water season. Associates include Apium leptophyllum, Chamaesyce prostrata, Chenopodium ambrosioides, Helenium elegans, Hydrocotyle verticillata, Juncus interior, Leucospora multifida, Mitreola petiolata, Paspalum dilatatum, Persicaria sp., Phyla nodiflora, Ricinus communis, Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum, Samolus parviflorus, Xanthium strumarium.
