Habitat and Description: Locally common in shrubland on lower part of xeric, SSW-facing conglomeratic bluff. Associates include Leucophyllum frutescens, Condalia hookeri, Aloysia gratissima, Nolina texana, Colubrina texensis, Opuntia lindheimeri.
