Habitat and Description: Stems numerous from base, 2-3 ft. tall; occasional in cracked clay. Associates include Alternanthera polygonoides, Cynodon dactylon, Echinochloa crus-galli, Eclipta prostrata, Eragrostis reptans, Glinus radiatus, Heliotropium procumbens, Parthenium hysterophorus, Persicaria sp., Phyla nodiflora, Schoenoplectus californicus, Typha sp.
