Habitat and Description: Frequent among shrubs on somewhat saline clay along upper edge of grassy floodplain of Tranquitas Creek . Vegetation dominated by exotics, including Dichanthium annulatum and Urochloa maxima. Other associates include Acacia minuata, Baccharis neglecta, Borrichia frutescens, Distichlis spicata, Eupatorium incarnatum, Lycium carolinianum, Panicum obtusum, Parkinsonia aculeata, Prosopis glandulosa, P. reptans, Setaria leucopila, Spartina spartinae, Trichloris pluriflora.
