Habitat and Description: Occasional in clay loam in exotics-dominated hay meadow or old field on level upland underlain by Lissie Formation. Associates include Aphanostephus ramosissimus, Bouchetia erecta, Bouteloua rigidiseta, Ciclospermum leptophyllum, Cirsium texanum, Cynodon dactylon, Daucus pusillus, Dichanthium annulatum, Dyssodia tenuiloba, Evax verna, Gamochaeta sp., Glandularia bipinnatifida, Heterotheca subaxillaris, Linum rigidum, Malvastrum coromandelianum, Monarda citriodora, Nassella leucotricha, Oenothera speciosa, Panicum coloratum, Parthenium hysterophorus, Pennisetum ciliare, Plantago rhodosperma, Pyrrhopappus multicaulis, Salvia coccinea, Scutellaria drummondii, Sorghum halepense.
