Habitat and Description: Local, a few dozen plants in tall herbaceous vegetation on moist sandy loam along margin of pond of large stock tank on drainageway between gentle slopes underlain by Queen City Sand. Associates include Chloracantha spinosa, Cyperus virens, Echinochloa sp., Juncus cf. interior, Lemna sp., Ludwigia peploides, Parkinsonia aculeata, Paspalum plicatulum, P. urvillei, Panicum hians, Polygonum hydropiperoides, P. punctatum, Rumex pulcher, Salix nigra.
