Locality: United States, Texas, Terrell, Growing along N side of US 90 ca. 10 mi. E of Sanderson (near sign indicating 10 mi. to Sanderson). Elev. 780 m.

Habitat and Description: Scattered along roadside in disturbed open limestone substrate. Surrounding countryside domianted by Agave lechuguilla, Larrea, and many shrubby legumes. Fouquieria, Dasylirion, Tiquilia greggii (MJM 123) present. Tiquilia mexicana and T. canescens common. One individual of T. gossypina seen. Flowers creamy white senescing light pink/purple. No mature fruits present. Plants flowering and growing due to recent rains. Additional material: DNA.
