Habitat and Description: Rolling country with sandy brown soils, with shinnery and hybrid shinnery oak patches, Prunus angustifolia patches, sand sage, Yucca, mesquite, and open grassy areas. Plant to 5 ft tall, with single leafless unbranched stem ca. 3 ft tall below leafy branches and infls, entire plant very wandy; fl white; mostly away from road in perhaps less sandy parts.
