Habitat and Description: Flowers erect; corolla white with yellow maculae; rare in mixed weedy herbaceous vegetation among mesquite and huisache on tight sandy loam, near old barn on relatively dry spot on broad floodplain with numerous shallow channels. Associates include Acacia minuata, Celtis pallida, Cenchrus myosuroides, Ipomoea cordatotriloba, Malvastrum coromandelianum, Phyla nodiflora, Prosopis glandulosa, Setaria leucopila, Sida ciliaris, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Thymophylla tenuiloba, Ulmus crassifolia, Xanthisma texanum.
