Habitat and Description: Locally common in wet clay on unshaded seep on open marly slope underlain by Glen Rose Limestone. Associates include Buchnera americana, Carex microdonta, Dichanthelium spp., Eleocharis sp. (26832), Fuirena simplex, Juncus texanus, Muhlenbergia lindheimeri.
