Habitat and Description: Rare on wet tufa deposits around shaded springs in spring complex at base of NW-facing bluff of Edwards Limestone. Associates include Andropogon glomeratus, Bacopa monnieri, Centella asiatica, Cephalanthus occidentalis, Cladium jamaicense, Eleocharis rostellata, Equisetum laevigatum, Eupatorium serotinum, Fuirena simplex, Hydrocotyle verticillata, Justicia americana, Lythrum californicum, Mimulus glabratus, Mitreola petiolata, Panicum virgatum, Platanus occidentalis, Rhynchospora colorata, Samolus parviflorus, Solidago juliae, Thelypteris ovata.
