Habitat and Description: Rare in somewhat sandy alluvial soils on partially shaded terrace along E bank of Bull Creek ca. 500 ft. upstream from its confluence with Lake Austin (Colorado River). Associates include Bothriochloa ischaemum, Carex planostachys, Carya illinoinensis, Eragrostis cf. intermedia, Ilex vomitoria, Juniperus ashei, Ratibida columnifera, Sophora secundiflora, Ulmus crassifolia, Viguiera dentata.
