Habitat and Description: Rare in Borrichia-Spartina wetland on slightly saline clay on seldom inundated floodplain. Associates include Borrichia frutescens, Spartina spartinae, Lythrum californicum, Prosopis glandulosa, P. reptans, Malvastrum aurantiacum, M. coromandelianum, Cirsium texanum, Teucrium canadense, Urtica chamaedryoides, Parietaria pensylvanica.
