Locality: United States, Texas, Val Verde, Amistad National Recreation Area: Satan Canyon near confluence of Satan Canyon and Devil's River. Sample plot no. 7. Satan Canyon Quad (1:24,000).
Habitat and Description: Gravelly (limestone) alluvium along intermittent creek in former inundation zone; Roosevelt weed-creek indigo sparse shrubland with white boneset, Bermuda grass, King Ranch bluestem, annual spikesedge, and Gulf Coast spikesedge. With Baccharis neglecta, Eupatorium serotinum, Porophyllum scoparium, Acacia minuata, Indigofera lindheimeri, Eleocharis cellulosa, E. geniculata, Cynodon dactylon, and Bothriochloa ischaemum var. songarica.
