Locality: United States, Texas, Val Verde, Amistad National Recreation Area: Head of the south fork of San Pedro Creek, east side Highway 277 South, west of park road. Sample plot no. 44. Del Rio NW Quad (1:24,000).
Habitat and Description: Level, rocky (limestone), brown silty clay; mesquite-cenizo woodland with Lindheimer pricklypear, grassland croton, Texas indianmallow, oblique-leaf trumpets, hairy tridens, and red grama. With Prosopis glandulosa, Leucophyllum frutescens, Opuntia engelmannia var. lindheimeri, Croton dioicus, Abutilon fruticosum, Acleisanthes anisophylla, Erioneuron pilosum, and Bouteloua trifida.
