Locality: United States, Texas, Val Verde, Amistad National Recreation Area: Seminole Canyon. Sample plot no. 89. Seminole Canyon Quad (1:24,000).
Habitat and Description: Shallow pools over limestone bedrock in bottom of deep, nearly vertical-sided limestone canyon; buttonbush shrubland with hairyseed paspalum. With Cynodon dactylon, Cephalanthus occidentalis, Paspalum pubiflorum, Chloracantha spinosa, Typha domingensis, and Panicum virgatum. Common woody perennial to 1.2 m. Discs dirty white to yellowish.
