Locality: United States, Texas, Val Verde, Amistad National Recreation Area: Hunt Area 1. Sample plot no. 59. California Creek & Amistad Dam Quads (1:24,000).
Habitat and Description: Rocky (limestone) slopes at upper end of former inundation zone; Roosevelt weed-King Ranch bluestem shrubland with tree tobacco, and purple threeawn. With Bothriochloa ischaemum var. songarica, Nicotiana glauca, Baccharis neglecta, and Aristida purpurea. Infrequent perennial to 75 cm. Rays and discs yellow. NPS Accession No.: AMIS-00291.
