Locality: United States, Texas, Val Verde, Amistad National Recreation Area: Old Hunt Area 3, San Pedro Campground. Sample plot no. 46. Del Rio NW Quad (1:24,000).
Habitat and Description: Gravelly (limestone) caliche flat with crustose lichens; cenizo-guajillo shrubland with grassland croton, gray coldenia, and needle dogweed. With Leucophyllum frutescens, Croton dioicus, Tiquilia canescens, Thymophylla acerosa, and Acacia berlandieri. Rare annual to 20 cm. Corolla bluish purple. NPS Accession No.: AMIS-00291.
