Habitat and Description: Local in grassy pasture along edge of deciduous riparian woodland on sandy alluvium on high terrace of entrenched perennial stream. Associates include Anemone berlandieri, Bromus japonicus, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cynodon dactylon, Geranium carolinianum, Lithospermum arvense, Veronica arvensis, Vicia sativa.
