Habitat and Description: Rare, local, a few plants in moist clay along partially shaded bank. Associates include Ambrosia trifida, Ampelopsis arborea, Bidens laevis, Campsis radicans, Celtis laevigata, Clematis drummondii, Colocasia esculenta, Cynodon dactylon, Cyperus ochraceus, Echinochloa sp., Eichhornia crassipes, Elymus virginicus, Hydrocotyle umbellata, Iva annua, Ligustrum japonicum, Malvaviscus arboreus, Melothria pendula, Merremia dissecta, Mikania scandens, Morus alba, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Paspalum urvillei, P. lividum, Plantago major, Polygonum densiflorum, Rumex sp., Salix nigra, Sambucus canadensis, Scirpus tabernaemontani, Sorghum halepense, Stenotaphrum secundatum, Teucrium canadense, Toxicodendron sp., Typha sp., Vitis spp., Zizaniopsis miliacea.
