Habitat and Description: Common along small shallow wet-weather drainage that crosses exotic hay meadow on deep, well drained, noncalcareous loamy fine sand (Wilco Series) on gently rolling upland underlain by Weches Formation. Associates include Cynodon dactylon, Gaura parviflora, Rumex pulcher, Ambrosia trifida. NPS accession no. SAAN-00304, NPS catalog no. 20731.
