Habitat and Description: Rare, scattered along margin of disturbed riparian woodland. Associates include Acer negundo, Ambrosia trifida, Calyptocarpus vialis, Campsis radicans, Carya illinoinensis, Celtis laevigata, Chasmanthium latifolium, Clematis pitcheri, C. ternifolia, Cornus drummondii, Elymus virginicus, Lactuca spp., Ligustrum japonicum, Lonicera japonica, Malvaviscus arboreus, Melia azedarach, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Rubus riograndis, Sambucus canadensis, Sapindus drummondii, Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Smilax bona-nox, Toxicodendron radicans, Verbesina virginica.
