Habitat and Description: Occasional around bare patches on compacted 'urban soils' on heavily traveled lawn, mostly under leafless deciduous trees. Associates include Bowlesia incana, Bromus unioloides, Calyptocarpus vialis, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cynodon dactylon, Erodium cicutarium, Fumaria officinalis, Lamium amplexicaule, Malva parviflora, Medicago minima, Nama jamaicense, Poa annua, Sisymbrium irio, Sonchus asper, Taraxacum officinale, Verbena pumila, Veronica arvensis. NPS accession no. SAAN-00304, NPS catalog no. 20819.
