Habitat and Description:
Locally frequent in sandy bed truck road along edge of mesquite woodland on deep, friable, well drained, moderately alkaline, calcareous, sandy clay loam (Colibro Series) on nearly level upland underlain by Weches Formation. NPS accession no. SAAN-00304, NPS catalog no. 20335.
