Habitat and Description: On scraped fine sand or sandy loam on shoulder of road across microhigh on floodplain of Sabine River. Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya, Baptisia lactea, Briza minor, Bromus catharticus, B. japonicus, Hedeoma hispida, Hordeum pusillum, Lolium multiflorum, Nuttallanthus sp., Plantago patagonica, Pyrrhopappus sp., Rumex hastatulus, Triodanis perfoliata, Valerianella radiata, Vulpia octoflora. Locally common.
