Habitat and Description:
In herbaceous vegetation in clearing in deciduous forest on fine sandy loam on gentle lower slope underlain by Antlers Sand, foot of steep slope on S side of Clear Creek floodplain. Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya, Cnidoscolus texanus, Croton glandulosus, Diodia teres, Eragrostis secundiflora, Monarda fistulosa, Monarda punctata, Paspalum notatum, Rudbeckia hirta, Sporobolus cryptandrus. Rare.
