Habitat and Description: In herbaceous vegetation in clearing in deciduous forest on fine sandy loam on gentle lower slope underlain by Antlers Sand, foot of steep slope on S side of Clear Creek floodplain. Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya, Chamaesaracha fasciculata, Cnidoscolus texanus, Commelina erecta, Croton capitatus, Cyperus retrorsus, Diodia teres, Eragrostis secundiflora, Galactia volubilis, Lechea mucronata, Mollugo verticillata, Monarda punctata, Paspalum notatum, Pediomelum rhombifolium, Rudbeckia hirta, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Tridens flavus. Frequent.
