Habitat and Description: Mostly herbaceous wetland vegetation in beaver swamp on soils originally mapped as poorply drained strongly acid loamy Entisols. Associates included Alnus serrulata, Betula nigra, Bidens sp., Boehmeria cyclindrica, Cephalanthus occidentalis, Chasmanthium laxum, Dichanthelium ensifolium, Conoclinium coelestinum, Cyperus sp. (29971), Eupatorium capillifolium, E. perfoliatum, Fuirena sp. (29958), Juncus coriaceus, J. effusus, J. validus, Leersia oryzoides, Lonicera japonica, Ludwigia alternifolia, L. leptocarpa, Lycopus amaricanus, Mikania scandens, Polygonum sagittatum, Rhexia mariana, Sacciolepis striata, Salix nigra, Saururus cernuus, Scripus sp. (29955), Smilax rotundifolia, Solidago spp., Sparganium americanum, Triadenum walteri. Occasional.
