Habitat and Description: In open portion of open pecan woodland on sandy alluvium on high terrace along major perennial stream. Canopy dominated by Carya illinoinensis, Ulmus crassifolia; understory open; open portions seasonally dominated by Funastrum cynanchoides, Ambrosia psilostachya, Solanum elaeagnifolium, Heterotheca subaxillaris. Other associates included Argemone sp., Cenchrus spinifex, Chenopodium ambrosioides, Chloris cucullata, Desmodium tweedyi, Eriogonum multiflorum, Froelichia sp., Mirabilis jalapa, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Urochloa ciliatissima, Verbesina encelioides.
