Habitat and Description: In occasionally mown grassy herbaceous vegetation in gas pipeline right-of-way across nearly level upland underlain by sands and clays of the Lissie Formation, on pipeline easement. Associates included Acacia rigidula, Acleisanthes longiflora, Aristida purpurea, Castela erecta, Cenchrus spinifex, Chamaesyce, Dalea pogonathera, Eragrostis secundfiflora, E. sessilispica, Evolvulus alsinoides, E. sericeus, Krameria lanceolata, Linum sp. (29333), Menodora heterophylla, Parthenium sp., Physaria sp., Prosopis glandulosa, Pyrrhopappus pauciflorus, Thymophylla pentachaeta, Tiquilia canescens. Locally frequent.
