Habitat and Description: In weedy vegetation in bottom of portion of resaca normally kept dry; stems sprawling; feral in strip of hackberry - palm woodland on levee that divides resaca into two irrigation management units. Associates included Acacia farnesiana, Ampelopsis arborea, Chamaesyce serpens, Julocroton argenteus, Mimosa pigra, Paspalum lividum, Ricinus communis, Urochloa maxima, Vigna luteola. Culms tall; common.
