Habitat and Description: Tepeguaje woodland revegetation irrigated by tailwater from ag fields, on soils mapped as deep, somewhat poorly drained, calcareous, moderately alkaline clay Vertic Fluvaquents (Grulla Series), low spot on +/- flat agricultural landscape of Rio Grande delta. Associates included Celtis laevigata, Ciclospermum leptophyllum, Cissus incisa, Erythrina herbacea, Heliotropium procumbens, Leucaena pulverulenta, Melothria pendula, Parietaria obtusa, Phyla sp., Rivina humilis, Rubus trivialis, Senecio tampicanus. Rare in shade.
